  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a professional courier service to pick up the heavy appliance directly from your doorstep at a scheduled time.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the item upon arrival at our warehouse, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
